Any acceptance of the application form or issuance of the Warranty Certificate by SIG shall in no way infer or deem to act or imply as, a waiver of SIG’s relevant rights and limitations including relying on the confirmations made by the Contractor in this application form.

Declaration 4/4

I, [named below], am a duly authorised representative of the Contractor with the authority to complete this application form and apply for the SIG Roofing One Warranty on behalf of the Property Owner. The information contained in this application form is, to the best of my knowledge, full complete and accurate. By submitting this form, the Contractor confirms that the Contractor and the Property Owner agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of the One Warranty, a copy of which can be found here: ONE Warranty Terms & Conditions (August 2024) .

The Contractor further confirms and undertakes to SIG that the products selected in this application have been purchased from SIG plc (or its subsidiaries) and are as set out in the respective invoices listed herein and that such products have been installed at the Property strictly in accordance with:

• (a) the British Standards Codes of Practice in force at the time of installation (including but not limited to BS 5534:2014+A2:2018, BS 8000-8:2023, BS 6229:2018 and BS 8217:2005);
• (b) all other recognised Codes of Practice applicable to such works in force at the time of installation;
• (c) all fitting instructions and technical recommendations of the manufacturer and supplier;
• (d) all recommended accessories of the manufacturer and supplier have been used during installation of the works.

In consideration of SIG issuing any warranty certificate following submission of this application, the Contractor agrees to indemnify SIG against all liabilities, proceedings, damages, costs and expenses sustained, incurred or payable by SIG as a consequence of or in connection with any claim by any third party (including the Property Owner, its successors and assigns) to the extent that the claim has arisen as a result of any act, omission, negligence or default of the Contractor, its employees, agents and/or subcontractors in relation to services provided by the Contractor at the Property.
